WHO ARE MIIRRORS?

With a limited but bold music catalogue, including a beautifully unique cover of Jeff Buckley’s ‘Gunshot Glitter’, featuring Buckley’s original drummer Matt Johnson, MIIRRORS has an exciting future ahead.

With hauntingly beautiful organs, echoing vocals, and relaxed drums, MIIRRORS, much like Buckley, transcends any one genre. Their new single ‘Nightwalk’ features soft guitar lines over swells of orchestral undertones that beg to be listened to on the floor while staring at the ceiling. The lead vocalist effortlessly reaches high notes with reverb that bounces so comfortably from ear to ear. The gentle, ethereal echoes of guitar resemble the vast sounds of Radiohead and Interpol, while the shuffling drums and guitar create a bed of folky melodies that will reach listeners of all tastes.

MIIRRORS may be a mystery to us now, but if this single is any indication of what the future holds for the band, I’d expect to see them headlining main stages as soon as the scene re-opens- and I can’t wait.
